The Myler MB 02 Wide Barrel Comfort Snaffle on the Western Dee is Myler's alternative to the traditional French link or lozenge mouthpiece — a Level 1 direct-action snaffle suited for horses starting the Myler system or needing a kind, soft everyday bit. The curved mouthpiece wraps around the bars and lips rather than pinching; the barrel in the center distributes tongue pressure more evenly than a traditional three-piece mouthpiece; Independent Side Movement allows each side to work independently; sweet iron oxidizes to encourage salivation. The Western Dee provides direct rein action and keeps the mouthpiece stable so it doesn't drape on the tongue.
