The Myler MB 41PBW Correctional Wide Port on the MBL Short Shank is the long-term correctional mouthpiece on the unique MBL shank — which attaches the mouthpiece loosely with 1/8" of slide for additional tongue relief. The tiered port delivers Level 3-level tongue comfort at rest and applies two defined pressure points when reins are engaged. Independent Side Movement; sweet iron oxidizes to encourage salivation. The MBL shank's loose attachment with 1/8" slide is recommended for use with ported mouthpieces specifically. The only Myler correctional appropriate for long-term use.
