Myler HBT Shank Medium Wide Ported Barrel MB 33 — Sweet Iron, 5" HBT Shank, Level 3, Independent Swivel Cheek

The Myler MB 33 Medium Wide Ported Barrel on the 5" HBT Shank is Myler's mildest mouthpiece in terms of tongue pressure, in a shorter-shanked, more direct HBT configuration suited for horses advanced enough for Level 3 communication but better suited to the HBT shank than the longer Flat Shank. The wide port allows the tongue to pass almost completely under the bit; the mouthpiece does not rotate onto the tongue; works primarily off the lips and bars; 1 1/2" port height means minimal palate pressure. Sweet iron oxidizes to encourage salivation. Available in 4 3/4" and 5" widths.
